About

I am junior faculty at the Institute of Physics and Astronomy (IFA) of Universidad de Valparaíso, Chile.

I am interested in developing computational tools for scientific applications, particularly for cosmology and astrophysics. Currently, I contribute to the development of the ExaGRyPE and GRAMSES simulation codes, and apply them to investigate general-relativistic effects. I also lecture and mentor Physics students, specially undergrads minoring in Scientific Computing at IFA-UV.

I was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Durham, United Kingdom. I did my PhD at the Institute for Computational Cosmology at the University of Durham.
